Aquasearch kicks off Multimedia ad campaign for AstaFactor
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Aquasearch, Inc. has begun an intensive, multi-faceted advertising campaign for its premier nutritional supplement, The AstaFactor. Television ads will be carried, a CBS affiliate and the number two-ranked station in Hawaii.

Full-page print ads will appear in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, Hawaii’s second largest daily newspaper. ‘‘Wal-Mart, Longs Drugs, and many other fine retail outlets now carry The AstaFactor throughout Hawaii,’’ said Mark Huntley, Ph D, Aquasearch CEO.

‘‘Our campaign is designed to support their success. Demographics for both KGMB and the Star-Bulletin are a perfect match for our product. Here is our goal. Within 30 days, there won’t be a single adult in Hawaii who hasn’t heard of The AstaFactor.’’

Ads for The AstaFactor are centred on consumers who volunteer their own opinions about the product. ‘‘These are people who have seen their health and athletic performance improve significantly,’’ said Edward Sun, director of Global Sales and Marketing at Aquasearch. Huntley pointed out that Hawaii represents less than one half of one per cent of the US population. ‘‘We believe that what we learn here in Hawaii will be instrumental in accelerating our marketing campaign on the US mainland,’’ he said. ‘‘We are focused on growing our recent distribution agreement with Advantage Webco Dodge.’’
