Vacuum gauge DVR 5
The new vacuubrand vacuum gauge DVR 5 with separate gauge head, serial interface and an extended measuring range of 0.1 - 1100 mbar offers analogue display and digital precision for clear trend indication and precise read out. The separate gauge head with aluminia ceramics transducer with high corrosion resistance is made for excellent long-time stability, on the spot measuring and network capability. The gauge head is direct mounted to proper spot of vacuum system and pressure read out is at a convenient location.

Data transfer is via serial interface. The extended measuring range contains furthermore user selectable units (mbar, Torr, hPa), electronic scale conversion, digital calibration at atmosphere and vacuum and pressure display over four decades. The new DVR 5 is safe and environmental friendly : conformity with EC low voltage and EMC directive for classification A and B requirements; no mercury, no sensitive mechanical components.

Chemistry vacuum systems PC 500/PC 600
The chemistry vacuum system is the ideal solution for many applications and is perfect for use in all areas where flexibility and variability are required. It is easy to use and environmental friendly and it offers oil free vacuum and solvent recovery in vacuum generation.

The heart of the new chemistry vacuum system PC 500 and PC 600 is a powerful vacuubrand diaphragm pump with particular advantages and they don’t consume water. Modern intrinsically corrosion resistant diaphragm pumps are using PTEFE-compound materials for parts coming in contact with vapours and gages. The chemistry vacuum system offers an ‘‘intelligent’’ vacuum controller and an exhaust waste vapour condenser for next to 100 per cent solvent recovery. The new vacuum system is compact, space saving and offers access to all components. The vacuubrand laboratory pumping units PC 500 and PC 600, designed especially for chemistry labs, generate totally oil free vacuum, maintain predetermined vacuum and control exhaust vapour emission. Solvent recovery is the ruling factor for the choice of vacuum systems in chemistry. The variable and flexible modular chemistry vacuum system offers the ultimate in technology, economy, pollution control and performance for many applications in chemistry labs. The new vacuum systems offer the possibility to operate simultaneously several works stations with one vacuum pump.

The pumping unit components are made of chemical- resistance materials. The vacuum controller CVC 2 provides easy determination and reliable control of desired or required process pressure, remote controlled air admittance valve, permanent reading of actual pressure and three operating modes (manual and semi-automatic).

Pirani vacuum gauge VAP 5
Pirani all electrical vacuum gauge are not new, but they never succeeded to replace popular mercury gauges entirely. Now with the new Pirani- vacuum gauge VAP-5, vacuubrand has developed a vacuum gauge which will help to get rid of mercury vacuum gauges in the fine vacuum range.

The vacuum gauge VAP 5 works by the Pirani- principle of thermal conductivity and is consequently a compelling alternative for all vacuum gauges which still work by the mercury which is not harmful to the environment.

Its main feature is its display : analogue trend easy to read at quick glance display and a digital display for precise read out. The calibration can be changed just by toggling through. The display range of the new vacuum gauge is from atmosphere to 10-3 mbar with proper reaching beginning at 100 mbar. The VAP 5 is a desk top unit but also comes to a support holding device.
