Tissue
Homogenisers
 Made
from chemically resistant hard borosilicate glass, these tissue
homogenisers are autoclavable. The grinding chamber made of precision
bore borosilicate glass and top reservoir with pouring spout to
accomodate displaced fluids. Unground walls are completely transparent.
PTFE
pestle is rounded to conform to bottom grinding chamber and has
smooth waxy surface. It is resilient, inert, not wetted by water.
Motorised
stirrer with six speed is available at extra cost.

The
unique properties of Pet Sheets are its sparkling clarity, transparency
and good impact strength in comparison with PVC, PC (polycarbonate),
acrylic and glass.
Characteristics

strength: Much stronger than many other plastics particularly

Bendable:
Can be cold bent or heat bend for heavy gauge sheet will bend twice
as quick as Acrylic without stress whitening
Fabrication:
Can be drilled, polished, sawn, cut as easy or even more easily

pre-drying: Reduced energy costs compared to other competing
products during thermoforming
Barriers
and radiation resistance: Good gas, odour barrier and resistant

path wiped wall, thin film evaporation, packed film evaporation

Interal condenser provides a short path for the vapours as they
travel from the heated wall to the condenser making it possible
to operate as low as 0.001 which is difficult with other methods

Wiped wall ensures efficient distribution of sample over heated
surface and with short path combination ensures maximum effeciency
in the separation of heat sensitive product

Wiper System consists of PTFE rollers with magnetic drive of 0-700
RPM requiring no seals

Thin film evaporation is used for production and processing of
low or micro molecular organic substances. Medium to be distilled
is exposed to heat for a short time because film coated by the
wipers evaporates very quickly. Operating pressures go upto 0
to 5 m bar to assist rapid evaporation process.

System is with two glass calandria tube evaporators with maximum
evaporation rate upto 20 litres/ hr. Unit is ideal for Laboratory
or small scale pilot plant thermostatic oil circulator.

Syringe
Filter Holders
 These
reusable, stainless steel, syringe filter holders are designed to
accept standard luer lock hypodermic syringes for filtering small
volumes.
These
filter holders are provided with a female luer on the inlet side
and male luer on the outlet for direct connection to needle or other
luer joint, if needed. A specially designed support screen holds
the membrane in place against high differential pressure without
edge leakage or bypass.
