Pharmacia keen to do trials in India
PHARMACIA India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of USD 13.8 billion Pharmacia Corporations, is keen to operationalise clinical trials in India, managing director Venkat Sohoni told Express Pharma Pulse.

Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited has appointed Dr Rashmi Barbhaiya to head its research and development programme. Dr Barbhaiya will take over Dr J M Khanna, president R&D, who retires on July 31, 2002.

Heidrick to find new chief for Dabur
Dabur India Ltd has hired consultancy firm Heidrick and Struggles to locate a new chief executive. The post is presently lying vacant following the expiry of a three-year contract between the former CEO Ninu Khanna and Dabur.
