Pharma
stocks gain marginally on selective buying
The
Bombay Stock Exchange on the first trading day (Monday 29) of the
week opened on a positive note and closed on a marginally higher
side after a volatile session at 3030.06. Down nearly 70 points
at one point, the sensex gained 5.71 points during the day. On Friday
2, the sensex opened at 2690, touched an intra day high of 2992
and low of 2933 before closing at 2985, registering a gain of 9
points.

Healthcare 131.30 (130.85); Dr Reddys 881.90 (838.85) Glaxo

The
losers were: Abbott Labs 162(275); Aurobindo 212.30(212.35); Aventis
