Import Registration deadline extended by three months
IN view of the concerns on meeting the time line on import registration the Health Ministry has taken a formal view to extend the December 31 deadline by three months, it is learnt.

THE Department of Science & Technology has cleared two projects for the year 2003 under the Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Research Programme (DPRP), in anti-TB and anti-asthma segments, Dr Samathanam, Director, DST, informed Express Pharma Pulse.

While speculations are doing the rounds, the Centre has decided to file new Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court against the Bangalore High Court order that invalidates the price control mechanism of the Pharmaceutical Policy 2002.
