Anti-dumping and safeguard duties imposed
The Government of India, Ministry of Finance has imposed anti-dumping duty on pentaerythritol falling under sub-heading 2905.42 of the first schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 vide customs notification no 119/2002 dated 31/10/2002, as under:
