Silicone Transparent Tubing

Silicone transparent tubing is available for different applications. It is made of US FDA approved Silicone Rubber which meets CFR21 part 177.2600 requirements. Transparency of the tubing allows better visibility of the flowing fluid.

Salient features include excellent temperature resistance from (-50) degree to 250 degree centigrade. It is repeatedly autoclavable and highly flexible. Silicone Transparent Tubing retains elasticity even after prolonged use. It is non leaching. It’s odourless and non toxic characters find its application in pharmaceutical and medical fields.

Though the silicone transparent tubing finds various applications it is used predominantly for transfer of sterile liquids in injection/ampoule/vial filling machines, intravenous administration, in peristaltic pump, suction & drainage, blood transfusion, etc.

Total Organic Carbon Analyzer

The Model 1010 is a 100oC per sulfate oxidation based advanced laboratory wet oxidation TOC analyzer. Ideal for liquid samples containing 2 ppbc to 125 ppmC, the Model 1010 is used in the pharmaceutical (USP 23), semiconductor, power generation and environmental testing industries for routine analysis. In addition, it reliably analyzes high temperature, ionic and corrosive samples. Five-point single with in the analysis range can be analyzed with a single calibration curve.

The Model 1010 comes standard with a fised volume sample loop and auto sampling mechanism which makes reliable and accurate sampling possible without the need for any user intervention. The auto sampling mechanism can also be connected to a process line to make the instrument an at-line TOC analyzer.

It can be interfaced with a wide range of peripherals such as auto sampler, solids analyzer and windows based data handling and control software. The Model 1051 auto-sample minimizes bench space requirements and allows unattended analysis of up to 88 samples with stirring.

Syphon

Syphon acts as a protecting device to the process instrument where the temperature of the media is higher then the specified working temperature of the instrument.

This is based on the heat dissipation obtained, transferred through atmospheric condition. Coil and pigtail syphon are used in measurement of process normally with steam and are mounted between the instrument - Pressure Gauge, Pressure Switches, Pressure transmitter and the process. Syphons always remain filled of the condense fluid and these avoid the direct connection between the high temperature process media and the instrument.

These are normally used with stainless steel or carbon steel construction and schedule 40 or 80 sizes with 1/2” pipe. The process connection can be male to male, male to female, female to female, screwed or flanged. The working pressure can be upto 260 bar @ 20oC or 150 bar @ 430oC.

Filtration Accessories

The reusable plastic syringe has a female luer with threads on the outside. Thus, when fitted on to luer lock syringe, there is no accidental detachment or popping off of filter holder even under pressurised condition. The outlet nozzle has a male luer lock arrangement to enable the user securely fit a needle during filtration. Reusable filter holders are also offered in SS316, ideally suited chemical resistant grade of stainless steel.

Air Analysis System

AAAS-890 is an economical technology for analysis of ambient air (NOx and SO2) with the chemistries adapted from standard methods for Ambient Air Analysis using Hach DR/890 portable Colorimeter Systems comes complete with preprogrammed methods and pre-packed reagents set for analysis of air parameters (SO2 & NOx).

Unique features:

  • Pre-programmed chemistries for NOx and SO2 accepted by standard methods for ambient air analysis
  • Analysis time is less compared to the conventional method, as the reagents are purified and ready to use
  • Results displayed on the large liquid crystal display in concentration, % transmittance or absorbance units
  • Each lot of reagent kits for NOx and SO2 comes with calibration data and this data can be entered into instrument directly. This eliminates the requirement of re-calibration at user end for every new lot of reagent
  • Easy to use in the field for complete water, wastewater and ambient air analysis.

Sanitary Pressure Gauge

The Sanitary Pressure Gauges are suitable for sanitary application ie; pressure gauge used in various industries, where hygiene is the prime importance. These gauges are available in 2 1/2” dial, 4” dial and 6” dial with bottom or back entries. Electro polished SS 316 L diaphragm restricts the media to enter the instruments and these gauges can be easily removed from the process in order to clean the diaphragm to maintain hygiene. These are fitted with the SMS, tri-clover or DIN connection; food grain oil is used as sealing liquid. Pressure is transferred to Bourdon tube through seating liquid from diaphragm by the sealing liquid and food grain oil, in view of sanitary application. These gauges can be used in the application, where the maximum pressure is 40 Kg/ cm2 with the maximum temperature of 120o Deg centigrade.

These gauges can be supplied with the glycerine filling too with stand vibration, electrical contacts to control and monitor the pressure of the media. These gauges offers the high accuracy +/- 1% FS. These gauges are completely made of stainless steel with the contact parts, electro polished. Its ideally for use in sanitary applications.
