Digital Temperature Switch

The new low cost Digital Temperature Switch replaces mechanical thermostats and bulb and capillary switches. The Series TS digital temperature Switch has been designed to be an economical and viable replacement for mechanical thermostats and bulb and capillary temperature switches in both heating and cooling applications.

The Series TS sets a new standard in temperature switches with a low-cost, exceptional feature set, digital indication and ease of operation. Standard features include a large 3-digit display, 16A SPDT relay output (3/4 hp), 110 VAC input power, 3-foot temperature sensor,

NEMA 4 enclosure, adjustable hysteresis and defrost cycle programming. The TS has a +/- 1 F accuracy and can be utilized in most heating and cooling applications with 50 to 300 F temperature ranges.

Syringes

Cartonator-PRO 180

The PRO 180 opens the carton, inserts product and closes the carton by tucking in the flaps. It is well suited to handle such items as tubes, bottles, vials, ampoules, droppers, blister strips, pencils, inhalers, film rolls, bearings, soaps and many other products falling within the wide range of the machine either individually or in combination. The optional equipment available with it make it a flexible and trouble-free machine designed to give high speed cartoning to meet today’s packaging demands and comply with GMP requirements. Valves and Injectors

A variety of valves and injectors: Stainless steel injector models 7725 and PEEK models 9725 and 9725i are the most advanced analytical injectors available from Rheodyne. Updated from the popular model 7125, these injectors have the patented Make-Before-Break (MBB) design. This allows continuous flow between the load and inject positions to protect against pressure shock to the instruments and column. All models can inject 1µl to 5mL with high accuracy and precision. Models 9725 and 9725i are biocompatible and metal-free. Models 7725i and 9725i have a position sensing switch to provide a reproducible start signal. Model 8125 is a low-dispersion micro-scale injector designed for use with 1 and 2mm ID HPLC columns. The 5 to 5oµl sample loops consist of 0.5mm (0.002”) OD tubing, less likely to create a mixing cavity and destroy resolution. All of these injectors can use partial filling for zero sample waste or complete filling for better reproducibility. The model 7010 and PEEK 9010 single mode injection valves have sample loops from 5µl to 5mL and use the complete filling method.

Tube filling and closing machines

The Limbus series of Automatic tube filling and closing machines, which are compact rotary machines, which fill material in cylindrical aluminium or laminated/ plastic tubes and close it absolutely safely and symmetrically. Limbus 80 has been designed to give medium speed tube filling to meet today’s packaging demands and conform with cGMP standards whereas Limbus 150 is the high speed model which is a twin head version.
