Thermowell

The Thermowell protection tube is used with temperature gauges, switches or sensors like RTD or thermocouple. These are normally recommended to protect instrument from the aggressive media like corrosive media, chemical or high-pressure process application.

These are made from the solid bar or fabricated construction as per the requirement of the process. Material construction can be brass SS 304, 316, 410, 310, monel, hestalloy, recrystelised alumina etc.

The protection tube can be also coated having stainless steel base with zirconium, platinum, titanium, teflon, coating makes it suitable for the us in different application. These are available in straight, taper or stepped construction with screwed or flanged process connection. For boiler application, IBR certificate can also be provided. The concentricity of internal or external diameter is maintained within 10 per cent and the test report for material of construction, pressure test, ultrasonic test and radiographic test can be provided. These have applications in all type of process industries like petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, steel, food, pharma and dairy etc.

Gas Filled Thermometer

The Gas Filled Thermometer has a sensing media (Gas), which is environmental friendly; it has many advantages for over conventional Mercury Field Thermometer. Some of the features are the better repeatability, low hysterias, better satiability, accuracy and linearity of the instrument. These are specifically designed for the sanitary application like Food, Pharma and Dairy apart from other process industries like petrochemical, chemical, fertiliser, cement and steel etc.

The construction of these thermometers is same as of Mercury Steel Thermometer except the sensing media. These are normally available for 4” and 6” dial size with an accuracy of +- 1 per cent FS or better Mounting can be provided with local direct mounting, surface mounting or panel mounting with back or bottom entries. These can be supplied with rigid stem or cappillary option. These are made of complete stainless steel including case and bezel, capillary or stem material.

These can be fitted with the option of electrical contact, glycerin filling and anti-vibration spring or adjustable angle. Fixed or adjustable connection is provided on the immersion probe to adjust the immersion length. This instrument comes with factory calibration certificate and also can be supplied with traceability certificate for ISO purpose.

Extraction Columns

• Traditional sizes of solid phase extraction columns

• Available in 14 phases and 9 column sizes
• Robotic compatible columns available.

HyperSEP solid phase extraction columns offer reproducible, reliable sample preparation in a traditional format. The polypropylene columns are chemically resistant, with two polyethylene frits used to contain the sorbent bed. Samples can be processed through the columns by vacuum, positive pressure or configuration. HyperSEP SPE columns are available in a wide range of sizes, from 1 mL to 10 mL and bed weights ranging from 50mg to 2000mg. HyperSEP 10 mL robotic columns are compatible with many laboratory robot systems such as Zymark.

The HyperSEP vacuum manifold system is available in both 10 position and 20 position designs. The glass chamber and high density polypropylene cover are solvent resistant. The included PTFE stopcock valves are compatible wil all standard Luer-tipped SPE columns. Height adjustable racks accommodate a variety of sample collection vessels. A fill range of accessories is available.
