THE Air Atomizing Spray Nozzle is a unique two-substance nozzle, which finds its application in tablet coating, humidifying air and products, tracking, light and heavy oil firing, spray coating, drying, air and gas cooling, etching plants and residue combustion and where very large and high viscous quantities of liquids and pastes have to be turned to mists or fine atomized.

Efficiently designed to reduce compressed air consumption, it works under an atomizing pressure of 0.3 kg/cms upwards. This two substance nozzle guarantees a large surface coverage at a minimum of energy. The Spray angle in a flat fan can be varied from 10 degree to a maximum of 90 degree.

Highly atomized sprays can be obtained at a relatively low flow rate. The flow rate in these nozzles can be varied from 0.05 LPM to 25.0 LPM. The liquid can be fed under principles of gravity, suction or by pressure. A flat fan is designed with a fine adjustment screw for adjusting the spray angle from 10 degree to maximum of 90 degree, keeping the flow rate constant.

In a flat fan the mixing takes place externally. Clogging of the liquid orifice is avoided by providing a automatic cleaning needle within the nozzle. These nozzles provide an independent flow of liquid atomizing air and fan air and both liquid and air flow rates can be controlled allowing accurate metering.

The precise design of an inbuilt cleaning needle facilitates in quick cleaning of the nozzle outlet during an operation. This pneumatically controlled needle has an extra compressed air inlet, whereby on switching off this compressed air supply, the needle closes, automatically and abruptly the liquid outlet, thereby avoiding any post dropping.

All individual components are available as spare parts ie. nozzle bodies, liquid inserts and air caps. The precise manufacturing of replacement parts ensures interchangeability and same spray performance with the nozzles and air cap settings.

These nozzles are available in desirable end connections from 1/8” BSP/NPT (male/female) connection to 1/2” BSP/NPT (male/female), and mainly manufactured out of SS 304 and SS 316 for possible hygiene purpose, but on request could be supplied with any other machinable material.

Slittng: Siltabs’ coated roll are slit on sophisticated slitter with a web cleaner ensuring each spool dust free and tightly wound films with adequate slipping property. The ‘Siltab’ coated films are available in all slitting width of any size as per customers requirements.

Packaging: Each Siltabs spool are wrapped in black air bubbles films for preventing it from yellowing and brittleness. Maximum care is taken to prevent it from any damage during transit. Each spool and box are labelled with complete identification about the product and are send to the customer only after QC final approval.

Used and Storage: It is recommended to use PVDC coated film within 6 months of manufacturing for best results. It should be stored in their original packing at temperature between 15 to 30o C until ready for use. Protect it from direct sunlight. Never process cold material.

THIS is a Combination of filter and dryer with in single equipment to achieve economy in process and energy thereby improving profitability. Speciality of this equipment is that it is provided with mechanical seal and is working totally with hydraulic system. The equipment can be operated either under pressure or under vacuum. The equipment is provided with a stirrer mechanism. The stirrer blades are designed such that it stirs the materials in filtration and washing operation as well as it discharges material automatically through specially designed, hydraulically operated, side discharge valve, when it rotates in forward direction.

The backward direction of stirrer squeezes the cake thereby ensuring the maximum extraction of moisture from cake. Spray arrangement is provided inside the equipment to spray the washing liquid. Jacket on shell is provided for heating process. A heating chamber is also provided below filter plate to heat the cake from bottom. Detachable bottom is operated by hydraulic cylinders operated by hydraulic powerpack and seals the equipment automatically for no leakage.

THE Rotocone Vacuum Filter Dryer System (RCVFD) has been uniquely designed and manufactured with lump breaker provision. It works as filter as well as dryer very effectively. It is modified version of Rotocone Vacuum Dryer. One half part of the equipment is conical which is provided with external jacket for heating and other half part acts as filter which is provided with filter media and cake washing arrangement.
