High Pressure Pumps

THE high pressure triplex plunger pump are used for high pressure and ultra high pressure applications. They offer pumps having capacity up to 20,000 ltrs/ hr and discharge pressure up to 700 kg/cm. Complete automatic hydro test system for testing of boilers. tanks, vessels, ball valves, non return valves etc can be designed as per the customer’s requirement.

Low or medium speed of crank shaft ensures better life of plunger, gland packings, non return valves and all rotating parts of drive unit. 304 SS, 316 SS, copper base alloys, mild steel etc can be supplied as a material of construction of liquid contact parts suitable to liquid to be handled.

Glandless Single or Double Diaphragm Pumps are also offered which are 100 per cent leak free to feed/ transfer hard to handle chemicals.

Available from 50 kg per hour to 300 kg per hour capacities. Roll compactors are universally used for increasing the bulk density of the dry powder facilitating Dry Granulators. For chemical industries roller compactors are also used for the purpose of reducing dusting as volume gets reduced by compactation. Here there are two rollers through which dry powder is made to pass through an auger system and due to the pressure of the compacting roller the material gets compacted forming billets. Rollers are also water cooled to prevent overheating of the dry powder. Material compacted under this machine can milled in a power mill or Cone mill to reduce the sizes up to the sieve size of these equipments.

The new Thermohygrometer Pen Measures Temperature and Humidity at the same time. Simultaneously measures temperature and humidity with the series TH Thermohygrometer Pen from Dwyer Instruments Inc. This instruments is a practical tool in many applications such as: Greenhouses, cleanrooms, drying rooms, HVAC food and beverage, pharmaceutical and textile industries. The series TH is ideal for quick accurate measurements in the field.

The Series TH features a dual reading LCD, user selectable units of measure, MIN/MAX functions and data hold. The relative humidity range is 10 to 90 per cent and the temperature range is from 32 to 122°(0 to 50°C). The relative humidity accuracy is +- 5 per cent and the temperature accuracy is + - 1.5°F or °C.

The Model TH10 comes complete with a convenient pocket clip, 3V lithium battery and an instruction manual. The optional kit, the Model TH10- K, includes the Thermohygroeter pen, with 33 per cent and 75 per cent RH calibration standards and a hard vinyl carrying case.

Models IR400 and IR500 Infrared Temperature Thermometers can safely measure hot, hazardous or hard to reach materials without affecting, or contaminating the materials surface. This is good news for HVAC and facility maintenance professionals who need to measure ceiling or duct temperature from a distance.

The Model IR400 has a single point laser sighting and temperature range of - 25 to 750°F (32 to 400°C). The Model IR500 has an 8-point circular sighting, helping define the target that is being measured, and a larger temperature range of - 25 to 950°F (- 32 to 545°C).

Each model features fixed emissivity of 0.95, backlit 4-digit LCD which displays in user selectable units of either °F or °C, MAX temperature display, 7 second display hold and a hard plastic carrying case.
