Octagonal Blender

Saral Octagonal/ Double cone blender is a very precision machine, performing dry blending of powder or granules in only 10 to 30 minutes. This machine is utilised for mainly homoginizing, blending and also for granules lubrication as that facilitates better flowability at a tablet press while compressing this granules.

Basic machine consists of a blender container which is supported both ends by stub shafts which are supported on plummer block bearings. Entire assembly is placed on a structure which has drive unit consisting of electric motor, gearbox, chain coupling and in case of heavy loads fluid couplings.

All parts coming in contact with mix are of stainless steel 316 quality and are highly polished. Drive motors, electrical control panel and control station are supplied in non flame-proof construction, as per clients requirement. In case of fame proof construction, the control panel should be located in low risk area.

There is baffle made of SS 316 pipes inside which can be removed by loosing the nut between the baffles. Baffle assembly also depends upon the customers specific requirements. Baffles ensures uneven movement of mass during tumbling and results in better homogenizing. Blender has a discharge butterfly valve which if a client requires so can be operated through pneumatic actuator. Entire butterfly valve is of SS 316 with seats of silicon rubber.

All drives pulleys and belt are adequately guarded. Interlock is provided for the railing so that operator does not have access to the container when it is in motion. Machine will stop automatically once the blender’s main raling is made to open.

Pressure Transmitter

The Series 679 Weatherproof Pressure Transmitter is compatible with a wide variety of gases and liquids. This unit is ideal for application such as off shore oil, agricultural irrigation, chemical processing, industrial pressure monitoring and natural gas pipe lines.

The Series 679 can measure pressures with an accuracy of 0.25 per cent full scale. This unit also provides a field adjustable 4-20 mA output signal and has a supply voltage of 9-30 VDC. The unit features an aluminum NEMA 4 (IP56) weatherproof enclosure and stainless steel wetted parts for compatibility. The Series 679 has an operating temperature range from 40 to 260 F (40 to 125 C), 10 to 90 per cent RH (non-condensing), and a compensated temperature range of 4 to 176 F (20 to 80 C).

The new series TS Digital Temperature Switch has been designed to be an economical and viable replacement for mechanical thermostats and bulb and capillary temperature switches in both heating and cooling applications.

The Series TS sets a new standard in temperature switches with a low-cost, exceptional feature seat, digital indication and ease of operation.
