Spectrophotometer
ODYSSEY
water quality spectrophotometer is an innovative water analysis

Gas filled thermometer
The Gas Field Thermometer has a sensing
media (Gas), which is environmental friendly; it has many advantages
for over conventional mercury field thermometer.
Some
of the features are the better repeatability, low hysterias, better
satiability, accuracy and linearity of the instrument. These are
specifically designed for the sanitary application like food, pharma
and dairy apart from the other process industries like petrochemicals,
chemical, fertilizer, Cement and steel etc.
The construction of these thermometers
is same as of mercury steel thermometer except the sensing media.
These are normally available for 4 and 6 dial size with an accuracy
of 1 per cent FS or better mounting can be provided with local direct
mounting surface mounting or panel mounting with back or bottom
entries. These can be supplied with rigid stem or capillary option.
These are made of complete stainless steel including case and bezel,
capillary or stem material.
These can be fitted with the option
of electrical contact, glycerin filling and anit-vibration spring
or adjustable angle. Fixed or adjustable connection is provided
on the immersion probe to adjust the immersion length. This instrument
comes with factory calibration certificate and also can be supplied
with traceable certificate for ISO purpose.

Temperature measurement system
The
noncontact temperature measurement systems are offered for industrial
applications. The miniature size, low cost, accurate and easy-to-install
temperature measurement system is an economical alternative to traditional
methods.
The Series MIL is a two-piece infrared
temperature measurement system with a miniature sensing head and
separate electronics. The sensor is small enough installed just
about anywhere, yet it performs as well as much larger system. The
electronics feature emissivity, peak hold, valley hold and averaging
function, all of which are adjustable on the 5-digit LCD user interface.
This series is designed for applications,
with temperatures ranges from 40 to 1112 F (40 to 600 C). The sensor
is housed in a rugged stainless steel enclosure to ensure long term
performance even in harsh industrial environments. The Series MIL
has an accuracy of 1 per cent of reading 1 F which ever is greater
and a choice of 2:1 or 10:1 optics, and user selectable output signals.

Turbo mill
The Turbo mill is suitable for sifting
and milling of dry granules. One can use mesh size from 4 to 25
as per users requirement for sifting and perforated sieve
of 1 mm dia to 2.5 mm diameter holes.
Powder
is fed to Turbo mill through infeed hopper of the Turbo mill. Now
this powder after entering the Turbo mill is pushed forward by screw
in the sieve chamber. There are blades which while rotating push
the material against the sieve. Sieve material will fall through
the 250 diameter opening. Over size material than passes through
set of milling blades that cuts the oversize granules and make it
as per the perforation size required. Using silicon rubber sleeve,
this sieved material is transferred to Container of suitable size
through a gasket of special design which ensures complete dust free
system. Sieved chamber granules along with shifted granules come
together in a common pipe of 250 diameter.
Entire assembly and sieves can be
removed for cleaning very easily.
As an option frequency drive (ac drive)
system can be provided whereby one can vary rpm depending upon the
requirement. This facility is offered as an optional on request.
Entire is mounted over the pipe structure of 75mm dia pipes of SS
304 with castor wheels at the bottom. There are two fixed castors
and two swivelling castors made of UHMW, with SS 304 side bracket
and ball bearings for extra heavy duty application. Turbomill is
widely used to mill dry granules with minimum of dust generation
in the production area.

BOD meter
MODEL Eco BOD replaces the need for
titration of samples by winkler method and DO results are obtained
directly with a BOD probe. BOD probe fits perfectly on a standard
Wheaton BOD bottle to provide accurate BOD readings. Magnetic stirrer
and stir bars supplied along with the meter provide accurate continuous
sample stirring during the DO measuremeter. Measure sample BOD by
measuring the initial DO of the sample and final DO (after 5 days
incubation in a BOD incubator) and using the standard formulae for
BOD calculations. Model Eco BOD is simple to operate and has only
few keys for measuring and calibration. It has backlit display for
operation under dark conditions. Eco BOD can measure DO both in
mg/L and % air saturation modes.

Digital vacuum gauge
THE economical digital vacuum gauge
reads in seven user selectable units. The Model VG12 is suitable
for field or laboratory use. The Model delivers high precision at
a low price and is ideal for many applications.
The Model VG12 can accurately read
vacuum from 12,000 microns down to 0, and also has a wide operating
temperature range of 35 to 125°F (2 to 52°C). The large
LCD displays seven different international engineering units which
are user selectable such as milliTorrs, PSI, milliBars, inches of
Hg and Pascals. Each unit is equipped with auto shut-off and a bar
graph which shows increasing and decreasing vacuum. The Model VG
also features a cleaning port which provides quick cleaning and
drying of the sensor and a convenient built-in hanger on the back
of the unit.

Glass tube/ acrylic body rotameter
THE
Glass tube/ acrylic body rotameries are offered for the measurement
of fluid/ gas flow rate through pipe lines. The rotameter works
on variable cross section of glass tube (metering tube). The glass
tube rotameter has a unique design to withstand tough quality conditions.
This metering tube is shielded from all sides with clear front and
rear visibility.
Gland packing construction provides
tension free tube installation and perfect stoppage of leaking.
The tube and float are easily interchangeable. Various options for
construction and material of construction of wetted parts for the
wide range of applications. These are manufactured from 15 NB to
80 NB and flange between 2.5 LPH or 2000 LPH or water and 0.1 to
200 NM /hr. of Air. The rotameter has linear scale accuracy with
10:1 rangebility. It has face height 500 mm and two tone powder
coating and low cost with fastest delivery.
