Progressive cavity pump

The principle of the progressive cavity pump is already well proven but its possibilities of application are constantly increasing . Flow is propprotional to the speed of rotation no valve and full reversibility. A widest range of progressive cavity industrial pumps are offered designed to convey clear, viscous, abrasive, heterogeneous, charged, fragile or emulsion-type liquids.

• F series: With particularly compact dimensions used in all activity sectors. Flow-rate: upto 3400 1/h. Pressure: upto 10 bar.
• I series: Used in all industries, this is a very robust multipurpose pump. Flow-rate: upto 500 m3/h. Pressure: upto 200 bar.
• IVA series: designed to convey particularly viscous products upto 1 million cP. Flow-rate: upto 300 m3/h. Pressure: upto 52 bar.

GBB series: Specially designed for the recovery and transfer of dehydrated sludges with a high dryness content. PCM offers a complete technical environment flexible to use and permitting a better handling of this pumping solution. Flow rate: upto 30 m3/h. Pressure: upto 24 bar.

Laminar air flow

The laminar air flow cabinets provides the excating conditions of air cleanliness now required for many processes in such fields as scientific and industrial research, micro biology and tissue culture, hospitals and medical education, drugs and pharmaceutical industries, electronics, food packaging and space applications etc. They allow work to be performed in an atmosphere free from dust particles and cabinets exceed the highest requirements of standard-class 100-where the level of contamination must not exceed 100 particles of 0.5 microns or larger, per cubic foot of air within the working area.

Double rotary tablet press

Unik I FC model is a sturdy tablet press built on central pillar of strong square shape casted body. The Robust construction of the machine ensures smooth running even at a high speed (max. turret RPM 50 ). This is available in D , B and BB tooling with 10 Ton and 6.5 tonnes.

The precise speed control is possible by AC inverter drive instead of conventional variable speed Pulley. The machine is covered with SS guards at bottom and acrylic Guards at the top.

Injectable powder filling machine

Automatic injectable powder filling machine with rubber stoppering machine (AHPF-120) is a compact unit, self supported on stainless steel legs with adjustable screws for height adjustment. Both built-in unscrambler and scrambler are provided with individual drives to suit the speed of an incoming and outgoing containers for smooth transfer. The precision built welded steel frame is encompassed with stainless steel sheets with access doors for servicing the machine.
