needed
Even as the Indian pharmaceutical industry transits
from its generic strengths to an innovation-oriented
TRIPs-regime, one is witness to subtle undercurrents
at trying to have market monopoly on the one side by
the innovation-based transnational companies and the
reluctance to grant this by the domestic companies.
