Blister strips collating/ cartoning machine

It is an automatic intermittent cartoning machine with a collating system which is the heart of the machine. All the functions of this machine are same as the PRO-180 except that this is an intermittent motion machine specifically meant for collating & cartoning blister strips. This machine has the capacity of cartoning upto 60 cartons per minute depending upon the number of blister strips to be collated (speed reduces to 30 cartons per minute when 10 blister strips have to be collated and cartoned). The collation is totally PLC controlled & can collate any number of blister strips to be cartoned.

This can be linked & synchronised to any blister strip packing machine using a conveyor attachment. Besides blister strips the machine can also handle items such as tubes, bottles, vials, ampoules, soaps & inhalers. It can be used for feeding leaflet, droppers (ink dropper / beak type) using respective infeed arrangement for each of the products.

Collating and wrapping machine

The COLWRAP collates cartons of any size and any configuration and then wraps B.O.P.P. film around it, folds the film at the pack ends in envelope type and seals them from three sides by heat sealing to form a multipack. This machine can always be the last machine in a high speed packaging line as the final output of this machine is a sturdy multipack with good aesthetic value and which can be directly loaded into the shippers.
