Flush bottom valve

IEWI offer stainless steel sanitary Flush Bottom Valves to be installed in storage tanks, agitator reactors, mixers and other process equipment. The valve is fabricated from SS 304/ 316 duly electropolished to 240 surface finish and hydrotested to 10 bar. The valve seat is of silicon or viton or EPDM with an option for teflon lining steam sterilizible to 120 degree C. The valve is of sanitary CIP design ensures no un-cleanable pockets and nodead legs. The valves are offered in three designs viz. Ram type or diaphragm type or ball type in sizes from 1” to 4”, with working pressure upto 10 kg/ cm2 and temperature upto 120o.

Pressure gauges

The range includes general purpose and industrial bourdon gauges, glycerine filled gauges, diapharm gauges, capsule gauges, contact gauges etc.

General purpose gauges are available in dial sizes 40, 50, 63, 100 and 150mm with accuracy +- 1 per cent and ranges upto 1000 kg/cm2. Special features include weatherproof and dust proof SS casing with blow off disc, all SS working parts, orgon arc welded joints, micro adjustment pointer, safety glass. All standard mounting and thread connections are available.

Industrial glycerine filled gauges designed for rugged applications provide extra protection from vibration, pulsation, shock.

Diaphargm, gauges designed for use in corrosive gaseous and liquid media. Various types include schaffer diaphargm, sealed diapharm and low pressure diapharm. Gauges with special hygienic diapharm seal are available for sanitary, pharmaceutical, food processing and dairy applications.

Capsule gauges for very low pressure measurement for mbar, mmWC and inches of WC ranges are available.

Contact gauges designed for control pressure and for audible or visible alarms by switching on and off action are provided with snap action magnetic contacts.

Suction head

The ‘Suction Head’ takes advantage of the strong vacuum force that occurs above the rotor of the mixer Emulsifer. By connecting a tube from this area to a hopper or wand, powders in slurry condition with concentration or liquids are sucked into the high shear zone and are immediately dispersed or emulsified by the high speed rotor/ stator combination.

The ‘Suction Head’ works well under either ambient or vacuum conditions. under vacuum, the added inducement caused by the differential pressure between the inside and outside of the vessel creates a significant motivating force for powder or liquid induction, Additionally, incorporating ingredients under vacuum helps maintain an air-free product, eliminating the need for lengthy post-process deaeration steps,
