Sense Well Controls offers ‘Sense Well’ tubular thermostat working on principle of differential expansion and having a temperature range -70 degree to +300 degree C. Also having a choice of contact N/O or N/C and current rating 5A at 230V AC and 2A at 28/115V DC. These thermostats give high sensitivity, wide adjustment range, multiturn adjustability, vibration resistant performance, small size, easy mounting etc. These are useful for strip packing and vending machines, hydraulic presses, paper laminating machines, distillation equipments, fire-alarm systems, flameproof installations etc. ‘Sense-Well Controls’ also manufacture hex-head, block-head, coupling-head, flange-head, types tubular thermostats and surface mounting type thermostats for +30 degree C to + 250 degree C for fixed as well as adjustable temperature ranges.

Flaker/ Drum Dryers

We have installed 150 Flaker machines all over India for various products and various types. Special fumetight FLAKER Design for Hazardous Gases, Flammable materials and for to prevent the dusty atmosphere with custom build with full range.

The 'PRAGATI' Engineering Works offer a Flaker to convert molten Chemical into solid flakes. This is achieved by forming a thin layer of molten product on the outside surface of a rotating drum and causing this to be solidified by spraying cooling water from inside surface of the drum. An adjustable scraper continuously removes the solidified from the drum surface in flake forms.

It can be Mild Steel, Stainless Steel with/without Hard Chrome plating. Normally monoblock for weldable materials. This construction ensure lifelong alignment.
