Sealless Canned Motor Pumps

Dynamic Canned Motor Pumps are designed for handling hazardous, obnoxious and volatile fluids in the chemical and process industry. They confirm to Hydraulic Institute standards which consists of single stage or multistage centrifugal pump driven by flame proof/ explosion proof squirrel cage canned induction motor operating on - three phase, 450 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply.

This is basically monoblock pump with back pull out design but without gland packings or mechanical seal for sealing liquid being pumped.

Interesting feature of this kind of pump is the liquid being pump is made to circulate inside the Canned Motor which provides lubrication to the journal bearings and takes away heat of the stator winding and bearings inside the Canned Motor. Entire rotor assembly is rotating on journal bearings without protruding outside hermatically sealed pump and motor stator body assembly. That is why this pumpset is called Sealless Canned Motor Pump.

Automatic axial thurst balancing is incorporated in our design besides micro thermostat/ thermistor and bearing monitor are provided for safety of the canned motor.

They are offered in various models with capacities upto 250 M/ HR and heads upto 500 Mtrs. Material of construction are CI/CS/SS-304/ SS-316/Alloy - 20/ Hastelloy B or depending upon the liquid to be pumped.

USP 28-NF 23 Asian edition

The new USP 28-NF 23 Asian Edition is avalable now to order. Printed in Canada and published by US Pharmacopeia, the USP 28-NF 23 Annual Asian Edition 2005 is exactly the same as that of US regular edition and is official from January 1, 2005.

Labelling Machine for Vials

Maharshi Udyog, Ahmedabad, offers labelling machine for ampoules/vials. This model is used to apply labels on ampoules/ vials and other thin diameter container vertically at very high speed of 200-400 containers/ min. The Highest speed over offered in India, high-tech latest Digital Servo technology is used in the machine. The loading and unloading is done with the help of a loading tray and collection tray in case of Ampoules and it can be be in line operation in case of Vials and other products. Blister Strips Cartoning Machine

It is an automatic intermittent cartoning machine with a collating system which is the heart of the machine. All the functions of this machine are same as the PRO-180 except that this is an intermittent motion machine specifically meant for collating & cartoning blister strips. This machine has the capacity of cartoning upto 60 cartons per minute depending upon the number of blister strips to be collated (speed reduces to 30 cartons per minute when 10 blister strips have to be collated and cartoned). The collation is totally PLC controlled & can collate any number of blister strips to be cartoned.

This can be linked & synchronised to any blister strip packing machine using a conveyor attachment. Besides blister strips the machine can also handle items such as tubes, bottles, vials, ampoules, soaps & inhalers. It can be used for feeding leaflet, droppers (ink dropper / beak type) using respective infeed arrangement for each of the products.
