Transasia
to launch new diagnostic kits by year-end
City-based Transasia Biomedicals, a leading manufacturer
of testing and analysis equipment, plans to launch diagnostic
kits for immunology by the end of this year. The diagnostic
kits are developed its R&D centre. Suresh Vazirani,
Chief Executive Officer, Transasia Biomedicals, told

Ind-Swift
receives DCGI approval for anti-diarrhoeal drug
Chandigarh-based Ind-Swift has received approval for its quinoline-derivative,
anti-diarrhoeal plus antibacterial drug, from the Drug Controller
General of India (DCGI). "The drug has successfully completed
all stages of clinical trials and the company expects to launch
