Executive's Role in Implementation
As the initiative moves forward, executives provide ongoing
support to the knowldge management (KM) core group and are
kept informed of progress. Throughout the design and implementation,
executives will review measures reported by the KM core group
that show the stages progressing efficiently and effectively.
