GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSKCH) has announced
the introduction of ENO Pudina. With the launch of the pudina
flavoured variant, the company has expanded its portfolio
of products in the antacids segment.

Ranbaxy Laboratories is considering a plan to spin off its
R&D unit, according to a newspaper report. But India's
second-most-valuable drug maker said that the report did not
reflect the "true situation".

Cadila receives tentative approval for Levofloxacin
Zydus Cadila has received tentative approval from the USFDA
to market Levofloxacin Tablets, 250 mg, 500 mg and 750 mg
in the US market. The drug falls in the anti-infective segment.
