Striking
the US market
Too many players and too much competition make the US a bad
pitch to bat on. However, Indian companies are not ready to
leave the field. Katya Naidu discovers why the US market retains
its supremacy.
Upfront
Similar
yet different
Once again the industry came together, discussed and disbursed.
But though this is similar, it was different this time. The
theme was catalysing sustainable growth and leadership through
innovation. The venue too was different but the industry in
discussion was the same.
The
Asian invasion
Speaking at an interactive meeting with a high powered business
delegation from Indonesia organised by FICCI, His Excellency
M Jusuf Kalla, Hon'ble Vice-President of Indonesia said, "I
am confident that in the near future China, India and Indonesia
could be the leading economies of the world and Asia, the
development hub."
Creating
a stir
The Indo-US workshop on cytometry with practicals in otherwise
dry theory sessions proved to be very knowledgeble to the
attendees. Moreover, the topics were discussed at a micro
level. The attendees included students who were graduates
and post-graduates or even those who have already got themselves
a job in the wellbeing industry.
