Tube filing machines

Subnil offers the rotary Limbus series of tube filing and closing machines. The series has four models in capacities ranging from 35 to 150 tubes per minute. Tube fillers handle varied viscous and semi-viscous products like ointment. All these machines conform to cGMP standards.

The optional equipment available makes the machines trouble-free and versatile. The pump unit has a vertical dosing system, which helps in easy suction. Bottom-up filling, combined with a shut-off nozzle ensures accurate and clean fill without air entrapment. The rotary turret adds to the rigidity and helps in maintaining equal level of tube at the various working stations. Tool-less adjustments coupled with faster reproduction of settings (aided by position indicators) make the changeover quite effortless.

Gas generators

The UHP gas generators from Claind-Italy have been developed to meet the gas requirements of analytical laboratories and conform to all safety standards. The hydrogen generators are available in flows ranging from 200 to 600 millilitres per minute. This OSHA compliant gas generator uses a multiplayer electrode and does not need any change of the liquid electrolyte. The generator comes along with the pressure and flow display, alarm, leak detector and an automatic water loading system.

The nitrogen generators are available in flows ranging from 800 millilitres per minute to three litres per minute. The generator uses the PSA technology and includes an oil-free compressor. Generators for industrial use are also available.

Multi-column distillation plant

Indo-German multi-column distillation plant is based on finn-aqua design. It consists of specially designed columns, which make optimum use of the principles of interstage heat exchange (multi-effect distillation method) to produce pure pyrogen-free sterile distilled water for injectables as per IP or BP specifications. By multi-effect distillation method, significant energy is saved as compared to the conventional method. All contact parts are made out of AISI 316 quality stainless steel and mirror polished. The unit is mounted on sturdy MS tubular stand and duly painted by epoxy paint. It is a compact unit and easy to maintain and operate. Total energy saving is 75 percentage as less heating energy and lass cooing water is required. Pyrogens are removed by centrifugal force developed and specially designed spiral baffle. Maintenance cost is low as there are no moving parts.

Agilent 1200 Series LC system

The Agilent 1,200 Series LC (liquid chromatography) system replaces the 1100 Series LC. LC is a measurement technology used to separate, identify, quantify and purify compounds, which has over 250,000 customers worldwide in applications from forensics to food safety, pharmaceuticals and protein research.

In order to protect customer investments, the 1200 series has been made reverse-compatible with the 1,100 which means that customers can combine new and existing modules, and continue using existing methods without costly new method development, revalidation or re-training of operators. In addition, the 1,200 series' resolution HPLC system offers up to 20 times faster run analysis and up to 60 percent more resolution than the conventional HPLC systems. This helps customers reduce their laboratory run time and as a result, they can do more samples per day.
