acquires Brazilian company
Announcing its second overseas acquisition this year, Zydus
Cadila signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent stake in
Quimica e Farmaceutica Nikkho do Brasil (Nikkho), a mid-sized,

gives Distaclor marketing rights to Pharmalink
Eli Lilly has announced the divestiture of its premier antibiotic
brand, Distaclor (Cefaclor) to Pharmalink, a subsidiary of
the Quintiles International, effective from July 1, 2007 for
an undisclosed sum.
