East African Overseas was established in Selaqui, Dehradoon in Uttarakhand by R.K.Jain. The company, a part of East African Remedies, has developed a new state of art plant with manufacturing facilities for tablets, capsules, syrups, suspensions, dry syrups, powders, dispersible tablets, ointments and lotions. Besides, the company also has separate facilities for penicillin and non-penicillin products.

The company has therefore, developed manufacturing staff of highly dedicated, well qualified and experienced chemists to produce the best quality products. The company provides training to its employees periodically with special emphasis on compliance of GMP and SOP. The company's strategies are based on providing best quality services and products to its clients and customers. The company makes it a point to strongly monitor all aspects of material analysis, in process quality control, finished good quality control. To do so the company has also developed an independent quality assurance department which is well equipped with sophisticated analytical instruments and trained personnel to ensure high standards of quality from raw material to packing and finished products.
