Industrial Equip Wash offers valid cleaning/washing equipment for the pharma, biotech, food, beverage, dairy, hospitals, clinical labs, cosmetics and allied industries. The sanitiser automatically dispenses the disinfectant. The dispenser avoids any touching of unhygienic levers, taps knobs and soap cakes, thus preventing cross contamination and maintaining complete cleanliness. Since they operate automatically, production areas/qc labs/packaging areas/clean rooms/wash areas are always hygienic. The sensor detects your hands and automatically dispenses 0.5 ml disinfectant solution (Hydro alcholic based), which rapidly evaporates. This equipment has advantages like it is efficient for pathogens of the hands are eliminated by the disinfectant instant, fast as the cleaning cycle is completed in less than 10 seconds maximum, economical as only 0.5 ml of disinfectant utilised/cleaning cycle, convenient as easy to install, operate and maintain and lastly it is durable as the body is of non-corrosive stainless steel construction. It also has effective technical specifications like electric supply-220 V, 60 Hz; dimension (WXDXH)-295 mm X 250 mm x 305 mm; weight-9.25 kg; tank capacity-500 ml and volume of spray cycle-0.5 ml.

Labtop stability test chambers

Labtop stability test chambers are especially designed to conduct stability and shelf life studies on drug and drugs substances. In addition to this, labtop stability test chambers are extensively used for seed testing, biological studies, testing on electronic and mechanical components, cement plants, packaging industries etc. The cabinet of labtop stability test chamber is insulated with high density CFC free polyurethane foam. Interior of chamber is mirror finish resistant stainless steel (304SS, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) MS and the door has a magnetic door gasket with a keyed door lock. Stainless steel utility basket or pull-trays are provided for storage inside. The cooling is effected by a hermitically sealed compressor of high quality. Complete unit in total stainless steel (inside and outside) is also manufactured by Skylab. It contains special features like a unique airflow system that ensures even distribution of humidity and temperature, foamed-in-place PUF insulation ensures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption, precise control of temperature and humidity by using CE approved micro controller based PID controller (imported, auto tuning type), direct digital read-out of percent RH with a electronic capacitance type sensor and refrigeration system with CFC free compressor, and R-134a eco-friendly refrigeration system with time delay. The following optional features are audiovisual alarm if the temperature deviates from the pre set temperature, no wick, cup and water, PC interface with windows based communication software and micro controller based programmable timer for chamber illumination.
